Technology division · Founding business
The business the group grew out of. A 100% citizen owned ICT company building enterprise systems, security infrastructure and the national platforms that Botswana's public and private institutions run on.
Botsa Rona · Inviting trust & collaboration
Core Technology trading as CoreMed. A healthcare consultancy that plans and equips hospitals from first drawing to open ward, and supports the national programmes carrying Botswana's public health burden.
Energy division · Established 2019
The trading arm of Core Technology. CoreTech buys bulk petroleum from refiners on the West Coast of India, the Arabian Gulf and the Middle East Gulf, then delivers it into Botswana and the wider region.

Partnerships and shared infrastructure let the group supply the domestic market while trading in the WCI, AG, SSA and MEG regions. That includes a relationship with Africa's largest refinery, in Lagos.
Core Technology owns no fuel storage. It holds agreements to use tanks and pipelines belonging to terminal operators under hospitality arrangements. Those agreements carry the business: they let the group move large volumes without paying to build a tank farm.
CoreTech works with local and regional traders to supply bulk fuel to wholesalers in Botswana and the surrounding region. Those partnerships widen distribution and let the group meet demand without stretching its own fleet.
Landlocked, but not cut off.
Every litre and every container that reaches Botswana has crossed someone else's border first. Working those routes is a discipline in itself.
The group works in a regulated sector, so governance is an operating requirement here, not a disclosure exercise.

Leadership holds the business to integrity, fairness and accountability, and puts compliance with the law first. That is what keeps the company in good standing with regulators including the Botswana Energy Regulatory Authority.
Fuel trading, supply and distribution carry real risk. Written policy identifies and limits exposure to price movement, operational safety, environmental impact and regulatory compliance. The board oversees how that is applied.
As an importer and distributor of petroleum, the group works within national and international energy law. That means meeting BERA and Department of Energy requirements alongside international trade agreements and standards.
The governance model earns trust through open communication and responsible decisions. The group talks to clients, suppliers, regulators and the communities it works in, and keeps operations aligned with what they expect.
The work covers carbon footprint, safe fuel handling and climate action. The group treats this as a standing obligation as a corporate citizen in Botswana's energy sector.
Internal controls track financial performance, operating efficiency and compliance. Internal and external audits run on a regular cycle, and the audit committee oversees financial management so reporting stays open and matches global practice.

Through CoreMed the group supports national public health programmes for TB, HIV, HPV, malaria and respiratory pandemics. It designs them, equips them and helps run them at population scale.
