2023 Domaine Michel Magnien Bourgogne Côte d'Or Rouge, Burgundy, FranceABOUT THIS WINE This Bourgogne Cte d'Or shows bright and fresh red fruit character with notes of earth and spice. 50 year old vines contribute weight and richness to this otherwise fresh tasting Burgundy unadorned with the taste of new oak. Its a pure expression of red Burgundy from biodynamically farmed grapes. The grapes were fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks. 18 months of aging took place in 50% cement vats and 50% in used French oak barrels.

The appellation extends from Chambolle-Musigny to Gevrey-Chambertin and covers around 148 hectares
